SHIPPING POLICY
UPS Ground shipping is free on all orders in the Continental U.S. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska require additional shipping charges. We do not ship internationally.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
We ship Monday - Friday. Orders ship in 3-5 business days. If you provide an e-mail address, a tracking number will be sent to you.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% satisfied with your clock, you may return it for a full refund up to 30 days after the original ship date. Shipping is free on returns under 30 days.
E-mail RETURNS@LORICRON.COM for return authorization. We will e-mail you a pre-paid UPS return label. Items returned without authorization are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Each clock sold in the Outlet comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original order date. Please contact us and we will e-mail you a pre-paid UPS return label. Your clock will be repaired and shipped back to you at no charge.
